Returns should feel clear before the dress ships.

We want you to feel confident shopping our curated sample gowns. Each dress must be returned in the same condition it arrived: unworn except for trying on, unaltered, and free of odors, stains, makeup marks, tears, or damage.
Single dress orders
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- A $75 return fee is deducted from approved refunds and includes the prepaid return shipping label.
- Original shipping and handling are not refundable.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the dress is received and inspected.
Try-At-Home bundles
- You have 7 days from delivery to decide which gown to keep.
- A prepaid return label is included for the gowns you send back.
- If you keep one dress, the $75 return fee is waived.
- If no dress is kept, a $75 return fee is deducted from your deposit refund and includes return shipping.
- Original shipping is not refunded.

Sign in to your account, open your order, and use the return request or message option. Our team will review the request, send instructions, and provide a label when applicable.
