We sell authentic designer sample and new wedding gowns.
Each gown is carefully inspected and described, including condition notes where applicable.
Inventory is limited; availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce Payments).
By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to process transactions in accordance with this policy.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
Domestic shipping is available within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier.
International shipping is offered; however, all international sales are final (no returns or exchanges).
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.
We offer a 10-day return option for U.S. customers only.
Dresses must be returned in the same, unaltered, unworn condition in which they were received.
A $75 restocking fee applies, which includes the cost of a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the dress is inspected and confirmed to be in its original condition.
All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Customers may choose up to three dresses from our inventory to try on at home.
A credit card deposit is required for the most expensive dress in your bundle, plus $100 for each additional dress.
Once the dresses are returned, we refund the deposit less the cost of any dresses you choose to keep.
A free return shipping label is included with your bundle.
If all dresses are returned, a $100 restocking fee applies.
Credit card details are securely stored with our payment processor. We reserve the right to charge the card if dresses are not returned, though we’ve never had to do this.
